Pricing (not-for-profit)

The following pricing is indicative for not-for-profit organisations who are looking for an affordable venue for their members and associates. This includes charities, incorporated societies, clubs and suchlike where any surplus from the event does not go to an individual or company. It is our intention to work with you and support affordable community activities. 

  • $10 per adult per day/night
  • $5 per child (16 or under) per day/night

This price is for the bare venues and camping, it does not include catering or toilet facilities, first aid, activities or staffing. It also assumes that all of our other activities such as horse trekking, trail rides, 4WD events, general farming and farmstay will continue as normal. 

A deposit of $300 is required to reserve and secure the booking dates (the deposit is NOT in addition to the per person costs but covers up to the first 30 adults). Generally two days either side of an event are available for organisers to "pack-in/pack-out" at no cost. Working bees to tailor the site to your needs, or improve the facilities are also very welcome.

Pricing (companies and private event operators)

We welcome enquiries from companies looking for a venue for team building, social events and such-like, or from private operators wanting to run an event. 

Pricing will be determined on a case by case or profit sharing basis so that we can use the proceeds to further develop the venue for community activities. Our aim is to be able to build toilet facilities including a disability toilet/shower, make the whole site wheelchair accessible, do some attractive planting/landscaping and fencing, and make a safe children's play area.
