- All bookings must be pre-paid online within 24 hours of our email to you confirming that your requested timeslot is available.
- There is a weight limit of 100kg to avoid undue strain on our horses.
Children
- Please provide ages of the children in the message so appropriate horses can be selected.
- Preschool children may not ride on a trek.
- Children must be able to manage their own horse without assistance.
- A parent or responsible adult must accompany and supervise children under 12.
- Customers are not permitted to double a child or baby on their horse.
