Refund and cancellation policy
We endeavour to take a fair, generous and reasonable approach to refunds. If you pay for a two hour trek, but return with the one hour trek, then we will refund the difference. Likewise if you book and pay for a one hour trek, and want to continue for two hours, we are happy to receive the balance of payment in cash after the trek.
If you have prepaid for a trek by internet banking and notify us the day before the trek or sooner that you can’t make it, then we are happy to re-book you for another day, or provide a refund If we cancel due to the local weather we will call you early in the day so it is important that we have a working contact cell phone number. You will be offered a refund or the opportunity to rebook. If we have gone to the trouble of bringing in the horses and saddling them, and your group simply doesn’t show up on the day, we consider the payment compensation for our time.
