What group sizes can you take?
We host everything from small friend groups to large school and tour groups. Most treks average around 15 riders, and bigger groups simply mean more guides. Tell us your numbers and we'll work out the best set-up for your day.
Do you cater for school groups and EOTC trips?
Yes. School and youth groups are a big part of what we do. We can provide a copy of our RAMS (Risk Assessment and Management System) for your Education Outside the Classroom planning, and every trek is fully guided with a safety brief for each rider.
Do you offer corporate team building or work days?
Absolutely. A guided horse trek is a refreshing team-building day out of the office, and because it suits all abilities, no one is left out. We can arrange private or out-of-hours treks for workplaces and corporate groups.
Can you host birthday parties, hen dos or celebrations?
Yes. Birthday parties, milestone celebrations, hen parties and family reunions are all welcome. It's a memorable, screen-free group activity everyone can enjoy together, whatever their riding experience.
Can you invoice our group or organisation?
Yes, invoicing is available for groups and organisations that need it. Just let us know when you enquire and we'll sort the details.
How far in advance should we book a group trek?
The earlier the better, especially for large groups or dates outside our regular trekking days. Send through your rough dates and numbers and we'll check availability and options for you.
Can people who aren't riding still come along?
Yes. If someone in your group can't or would rather not ride, whether because of a disability, our weight guidance, or simply not wanting to, they're still very welcome to join. They can pat and spend time with the horses, take a walk and enjoy the scenery while the others trek.
What if our group is too big for one trek?
No problem. Larger groups can be split across separate treks, and we're happy to talk through options to help fill in the time for anyone waiting for their turn.
