Under new ownership, Karamu Horse Adventures now focuses on what we do best: horse trekking. We no longer run trail bike or 4WD activities.

Trail bike rides and 4WD adventures aren't part of what we offer right now. But we're always listening. If there's enough interest, we may look at bringing them back down the track.

Trail bike rides and 4WD at Karamu
For years, Karamu was known for more than horses. The farm's hills and tracks were a popular spot for trail bike rides and 4WD adventures, and plenty of Waikato riders and drivers have great memories of the place.
Under new ownership, we've chosen to focus on guided horse trekking and do that one thing really well. So for now, we don't run dirt bike or motorbike trail rides, or off-road 4WD driving.
That said, nothing is set in stone. If there's strong demand for trail biking or 4WD at Karamu again, it's something we'd genuinely consider down the track.
